Order Cancellation

  • Customers can track the status of the order on the portal.
  • Orders status can be: Order Received, In Process, Dispatched, Delivered
  • Customers can cancel any order only and only before ‘Dispatched’ status
  • If the customer is willing to cancel the order before ‘Dispatched’ status, same can be done by getting in touch with our Customer Care service team ( Contact no: 011-22382744 or E-mail: ccare@swasstationery.in) within 24 hour of placing the order
  • Any payment made for such orders will be refunded to customers within 7 – 10 working days to the online account mentioned by the customer
  • No order cancellation will be accepted after ‘Dispatched’ status
  • After ‘Dispatched’ status for the order, customer shall follow sales return policy stated on the

Sales return:

  • It is recommended that all consumers verify the product at the receipt. However, swasstationery.in offers protection to all consumers as stated below
  • Customers can return the product if it is not delivered in specified delivery date on the portal. However, in case of delay, we will communicate the same through sms/mail/voice call.
  • Swasstationery.in provides return guarantee for items with manufacturing defects / packaging is tempered
    • It shall be informed within 24 hours of delivery
    • If the shipment packaging is tampered. It is recommended that it shall not be opened and returned in same condition
    • If the manufacturer’s packaging of the product tampered within shipment
  • 2 day return guarantee for all other items in case of
    • Wrong quantity is supplied
    • Size is different from the stated at portal
    • Product is Significantly different from the description given on portal
  • Return policy doesn’t apply on selected customized products and perishables
  • Return policy doesn’t apply in case of
    • The product is returned in used condition
    • Product ID/Serial no is tempered
    • Product original packing is not available
  • Refund for Sales return
    • No refund will be given for returned products
    • Consumers will be given ‘Coupons’ as per policy. They can avail exchange/replacement of coupon value
  • For all returns the purchaser has to ship the product back to the us. We will reimburse the shipping charges against the original receipt.
    • Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
    • Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit.
    • Mention the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
    • Please mention our address as specified in the email notification sent to you.
    • Do retain the original receipt for the courier charges you have paid, it will be required to reimburse the shipping charges.
    • Also note down the courier tracking id for any future reference.
    • Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you.
